For the coast of this region is characterized by a strip of sand dunes,

 which gives a special charm resort. Coastline - 14 500 m,

 or 3% of the length of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. 

Most of the beaches on the east, north and south-east location, 

this allows to enjoy the sun. First of all, Byala - a seaside resort

 that combines luxurious sandy beaches and broad forest. 

The combination of sea and mountains, enabling a comfortable

 temperature of sea water and air offer optimum conditions for

 recreation, prevention of many illnesses and recovery. 

This can be judged by the choice of the location of the former 

international camp for treatment of children with diseases of the 

respiratory tract. It is in the former camp sites offer you to buy 

your piece in paradise. Warm sea, clear mountain air, cool in the

 shade of many trees in the park of the former camp,

All apartment owners will have to pay an annual fee for the support and

organization of internal order in the building and public buildings 

in the complex, to assist the owner with a view to a peaceful and

 unimpeded use of the object as well as the system as a whole;
